Get a competitive edge on the competition with the Rangers baseball camps! Make sure your child keeps honing their hitting or pitching skills and continue their baseball education with the only Major League Baseball Camp in the Metroplex.

All camps are conveniently located at the Texas Rangers Youth Ballpark, north of Globe Life Park in Arlington.

 

Pitching and Catching Clinic

In order to beat that mid-season plateau, head out to our pitchers and catchers camp this spring. Pitchers and catchers, ages 8-12, will both be working on the mental aspect of the game as well as the technical aspect. The campers for this camp will also be utilizing facilities within Globe Life Park in Arlington.**

Offensive Skills Camp

The focus of this camp for kids ages 8-12 will be on the development of each player's offensive abilities. This three hour session will be used to develop hitter's swing mechanics, approach to the plate, and drill work.

Rookie Camp

Texas Rangers Rookie Ball Camp is perfect for children ages 4-6 years old. Rookie Ball Camp provides an opportunity for the youngest baseball players to become familiar with the basics of the game. Basics skills include, hitting, fielding, throwing, and base running.

Texas Rangers All-Skills Camp is available for ages 7-12. All-Skills Camp is ideal for young players who may not have much experience in the game, but are eager to learn more. All-Skills camp will allow players to learn, and sharpen baseball fundamentals.

Development Camp

Texas Rangers Development Camp is available for ages 9-12. Development Camp is geared towards competitive players. This experience is not intended for players who are new to baseball. Development Camp is designed to hone in on baseball methods and mechanics to improve players' mental and physical baseball fundamentals. Players will engage in skill work pertaining to hitting, fielding, throwing, bunting, base running, and more.

Big League Camp

If you only have a couple of days to spare in July, be sure to use it to help your player, age 8-12 (Participant must be 8 years of age by the start date of camp), improve their game! Participants will have an incredible experience as they learn a wide variety of baseball skills during this two day camp on the Texas Rangers home field at Globe Life Park in Arlington.**

Mid-Summer Camp

This four day high energy camp will help players ages 8-10 develop skills to help improve their game on the field. This is a baseball camp that we feel confident will assist your player in learning the basic fundamentals of the game, laying a solid foundation they will be able to continue to build on.

Learn from a Pro

There is no better way to learn baseball skills than from players and coaches on the professional level. Texas Rangers Learn from a Pro Clinic is a sports experience meant to enhance any fan's understanding of the game whether they are playing or spectating. Available to fans of all ages, a current coach or player (subject to change) will teach a fundamental aspect of the game of baseball with an interactive question and answer component at each clinic. A group photo will be taken at the end of each clinic. Space is limited, and every participant 17 years or younger must be accompanied by a paid adult also attending the clinic.

Location and Facility

Each camp is conveniently located at the Texas Rangers Youth Ballpark on the north side of Globe Life Park in Arlington:

Parking is available in parking Lot N, located on the corner of Nolan Ryan Expressway and Legends Way.

Camp Check-in

Camp check-in is mandatory each session of camp and opens 30 minutes prior to the start of camp.

Equipment

All campers are responsible for bringing their own equipment. Necessary equipment includes baseball glove, baseball helmet, baseball bat, and a water bottle. Metal cleats are not allowed at the Youth Ballpark, participants should wear turf/tennis shoes. Please label your equipment prior to arriving at camp. For the safety of our participants, soft-touch balls are used at all camps.

Camps & Clinics Rain Policy

In the event of inclement weather, check-in will be moved to the Home Plate Entrance.

Camps & Clinics Cancellations/Refunds

No refunds or cancellations within one week from the start of each camp or clinic. Cancellations will result in a $75 cancellation fee. Switching to a different camp will result in a $25 switching fee.
