Throughout the more than 20 years that the Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation has been in existence, funds have always been directed to support baseball and softball through the construction of fields, support of RBI (Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities), or support of Miracle League. In 2013, the Foundation will now make financial grants to support baseball and softball. As a baseball team, we are committed to supporting the growth of the sport and making sure that kids who want to play baseball or softball are offered that opportunity. These grants will be made available to baseball and softball programs and organizations throughout the Texas Rangers home territory and are not limited to the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Please help us help keep baseball and softball thriving by applying for a grant for the program you are associated with or making a contribution to the Foundation to help us fund other programs.
The Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation accepts proposals for grants for this baseball/softball grant program from nonprofit organizations that specifically support youth baseball or softball. The Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation supports other areas of focus, but this grant program and all applications should be limited to support of youth baseball and softball.
