A graduate of the University of New Haven in 1969 with a degree in business administration, Wallace went 24-6 in college and helped UNH to the NAIA Eastern Regional Championship and a spot in the 1966 national tournament...Wallace and his wife, Joyce, reside in Wrentham, MA.


Enters his third year as the Orioles Pitching Coach...2016 marks his 36th season in professional baseball as a coach, instructor, or front office executive...Prior to joining the Orioles in 2014, he spent the previous four seasons as the minor league pitching coordinator for the Atlanta Braves...The Orioles are his fifth Major League club as he also served as the pitching coach for the Houston Astros in 2007, the Boston Red Sox from 2003-06, the New York Mets from 1999-2000, and the Los Angeles Dodgers from 1995-97...Helped the Red Sox to the 2004 World Series championship and the 2000 Mets to a National League title...Wallace spent 20 years in the Dodgers organization from 1981-97 and 2001-03...He spent his final three seasons in Los Angeles as the Senior Vice President of Baseball Operations, overseeing the club's minor league operations and consulting on Major League Baseball operations.
