During business hours (8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., MON - FRI) please call (727) 342-5720 to speak to a representative regarding your Burst Pass. You can also e-mail burstpass@raysbaseball.com with questions or concerns.

During Rays home games at Tropicana Field, please visit one of the locations below to report a Burst Pass lost or stolen. At all other times, please visit the Card Details section of your Burst Pass online account page to report a card lost, stolen, or damaged.

The following locations at Tropicana Field can address your Burst Pass customer service needs, including topping up, registering your card, and reporting a lost or stolen card:

  1. Adjacent to Gate 1 Guest Services located at the Rotunda on the Field Level.
  2. Across from Gate 3 Guest Services located on the 100 level.
  3. At Guest Services on the Upper Deck behind home plate near the Gate 4 elevator.
