Q. When does Spring Training begin?
A. The 2014 Spring Training games begin on February 26 and conclude on March 27.
Q. Is airfare included in the package?
A. Airfare is optional on most of our packages. However, we do offer a limited amount of discounted fares between many of our team's home cities and Spring Training cities during February and March. We also have an air department to assist you with all your air travel requests.
Q. Can I upgrade my rental car?
A. Yes. Car category upgrades are available at a nominal rate.
Q. I may want to drive my own car to Spring Training, can the rental car be deducted from the package?
A. Yes. You may select any package and choose not to include the rental car. We will deduct the cost of the car from your total package price.
Q. What if none of the package dates work with my schedule? Can I customize a Spring Training package for me?
A. Yes. We can customize a package just for you to accommodate your particular schedule and needs.
Q. What does the Cancellation Waiver cover?
A. The Waiver protects you from paying any cancellation fees assessed on your vacation package. The Waiver must be purchased at the time you make your reservation and it allows you to cancel or change your package, for any reason, up to 72 hours prior to departure. The Waiver cost is $79 per reservation or hotel room. The Waiver does not cover airline penalties or lost or stolen game tickets. It does not cover game tickets or merchandise within 45 days of departure.
Q. When is the game schedule finalized?
A. Spring Training games often change more frequently than regular season games. Game times and locations can change at any time without much advance notice. Please check our website for updated schedule information.
Q. Can we purchase game tickets without purchasing the travel packages?
A. No. We do not sell games tickets by themselves. For information on how to purchase Spring Training game tickets and when they go on sale, please contact the team directly.
Q. What happens if a game is rained out?
A. In the event a game is cancelled due to rain, the home team will provide you with information regarding ticket refunds. No refund for any unused portion of the travel package will be made.
Q. Which players will be attending the pre-game Brunch or post-game Dinner?
A. We have had a variety of players, including those on the 40-man roster, attend the events in the past. Players who appear at the events are determined by the team and we do not receive the list in advance.
Q. How long is the pre-game Brunch or post-game Dinner?
A. Typically, the event generally lasts for approximately two hours. Your itinerary will specify the time and location for any scheduled event.
Q. What is the dress code for pre-game Brunch or post-game Dinner?
A. The majority of fans will be attending a game the same day as the event; so casual, neat, and comfortable attire is recommended.
