Downloadable Schedule in Outlook

Download Schedule in Outlook 2010, using the iCal URL.

The Cincinnati Reds 2013 schedule is available to download and import into your personal calendar!

Subscribe to the calendar using the iCalendar file below. Use this file to display the calendar on your mobile and wired devices. You may also download a Comma Separated Values (CSV) file, which will display the calendar in grid form.

The iCalendar file is supported by an increasing number of calendar applications. For example, Apple's iCal (Macbook and iPhone), Microsoft Outlook 2010, Yahoo Calendar and Google Calendar/Android Devices can all subscribe to an iCalendar and receive updates automatically on a configurable basis.

Please note the following information:

  • Game dates with unknown start times are presently listed as starting at 3:33 a.m.
  • All dates, times and opponents are subject to change.

Apple - Macbook:
  1. Open Calendar
  2. Click File
  3. Select "New Calendar Subscription"
  4. Copy and paste iCal URL above into "Calendar URL" field
  5. Click "Subscribe"

Apple iPhone
  1. On the iPhone navigate to Settings -> Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Add Account -> Other -> Add Subscribed Calendar
  2. Enter the full URL (listed above) to the Server field. It may be easier to email yourself the the ics link then copy and paste it on the iPhone
  3. Click Save after the calendar has been downloaded
  4. That's it. Your new calendar will appear, and you can choose to show or hide it by selecting or deselecting the calendar's title in the "Calendars" screen.

Microsoft Outlook 2010 - Windows:
  1. In Outlook 2010, select "Calendar" from the navigation pane in the bottom left
  2. Go to "Folder" from the toolbar at the top of the screen
  3. Choose "Open Calendar"
  4. Select "From Internet…"
  5. Enter the URL from above and select OK

Please note that every Outlook Server's settings are different and some settings may prohibit the download of a subscription-based calendar. As an alternative, the Cincinnati Reds 2015 schedule can be downloaded by following the "Download the CSV File" instructions.

Yahoo Calendar
  1. Go to and sign in.
  2. Click on the "Actions" drop down
  3. Select "Follow Other Calendars"
  4. Enter the URL from above into the iCal Address field and select Continue (please also note that you may name your calendar on this screen)
  5. The new calendar will now appear and is accessible from the Calendars menu located on the left hand side of the screen.

Google Calendar & Android Devices
  1. Go to and sign in.
  2. Click on drop down arrow in the "Other Calendars" box located at the bottom of the menu on the left.
  3. Select "Add by URL"
  4. Enter the iCal URL above into the URL field and select "Add Calendar"

  5. To display your calendar on your Android device, please ensure that your Google calendar is visible and synced within your device's calendar settings.

Download the CSV File

Downloading the CSV file
  • Please Right-click (Windows) or Ctrl-click (Mac) to save the file to your Desktop.
  • When naming the file, please append ".csv" to the end of the file name.
    (For example, if you would like to name the schedule "Baseball", please save the file as "Baseball.csv".)
  • Save the file to a location that you will remember.

Please note: The CSV file will not automatically update game information as it changes/becomes available. To ensure the most up-to-date information, please subscribe using the iCalendar file. Instructions can be found in the column to the left.

Importing the CSV file into Outlook
  1. From the top toolbar in Outlook, click File -> Open -> Import
  2. Select "Import from another program or file" and click Next
  3. Select "Comma Separated Values (Windows)" and click Next
  4. Click the Browse button and navigate to the saved schedule file, select "Do not import duplicate items" and click Next
  5. From the "Select destination folder" pop-up, click on Calendar (or whichever calendar you’d like to import the events into) and click Next
  6. In the next window, under the box labeled "The following actions will be performed:", make sure the box next to the option labeled, "Import" [calendar_name].csv into folder: Calendar is checked
  7. In the "Map Custom Fields" pop-up window, click and drag the fields from the left window into the right window, as follows:

    START_DATE to Start Date
    START_TIME to Start Time - Select START_TIME for team’s local time zone or START_TIME_ET for ET time zone
    SUBJECT to Subject
    DESCRIPTION to Description
    LOCATION to Location
    END_DATE to End Date - Select END_DATE for team’s local time zone, or END_DATE_ET for ET time zone
    END_TIME to End Time - Select END_TIME for team’s local time zone, or END_TIME_ET for ET time zone
    REMINDER_OFF to Reminder On/Off
    REMINDER_DATE to Reminder Date - Default Reminder Date is the game date
    REMINDER_TIME to Reminder Time - Select REMINDER_TIME for team’s local time zone, or REMINDER_TIME_ET for all ET (Default time is one hour before start time).
    SHOWTIMEAS FREE to Show time as

  8. Click Finish
