For your convenience, you have the option to have your Club Mets membership automatically renewed at the previous year's regular full price. Club Mets will contact members whose memberships are subject to automatic renewal via email by the spring of the following Major League Baseball season to notify them of pending renewal. MLB.com will refund the paid purchase price of an automatically renewed 2016 Club Mets membership if a refund request is received by contacting email@example.com within ten (10) days of your 2016 renewal date, which will be included in the email, sent to the email address associated with your account, notifying you of the renewal of your membership. There will be no returns, refunds or exchanges after this date. Please note: Under no circumstances will Club Mets memberships be refunded once either or both of the complimentary Promenade ticket vouchers have been redeemed.
All Club Mets members who selected the automatic renewal option when originally purchasing their memberships and have not cancelled or purchased a new membership for 2016 will receive notification of the pending renewal in or around February 2016 and then automatically have their memberships renewed approximately two (2) weeks later. Gift memberships cannot be automatically renewed from year to year.
Your complimentary Club Mets Season Ticket Holder membership cannot be automatically renewed from year to year. See below for more information on how to obtain your 2016 complimentary membership as a Season Ticket Holder.
If you purchase a 2016 membership and elect to have that membership automatically renewed, then your membership will automatically renew in or around January 2017, unless you contact us by December 15, 2016, to opt to have the automatic renewal feature canceled. You will receive notification of the pending renewal in or around January 2017 and then automatically have your membership renew approximately two (2) weeks later. If you do not cancel before the date set forth in your notification email, then your membership will automatically renew in or around January 2017, and will be subject to the refund policy set forth below.
We will contact your gift recipient via email to let him/her know that you have purchased a Club Mets membership on his/her behalf. Please be aware that the recipient will need to register for an MLB.com account and activate the membership using the link in the gift notification email in order to receive the Club Mets online benefits, so please be sure that the email address provided is correct.

NOTE: You must activate by September 5, 2016; however, in order to receive the online benefits of your 2016 Club Mets gift membership, we recommend you activate your membership as soon as possible. If you do not activate by such date, your gift Welcome Package will be sent to the address provided by the original gift purchaser at the end of the regular season.

You will receive an email in or around January 2016 with your special access code and information on how to activate your membership.

Your Club Mets Welcome Package contains your personalized Membership Card and a Welcome Letter.
Membership Cards and Welcome Packages will begin to be shipped in or around January 2016. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Neither the Mets nor MLB.com are responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Any 2016 Membership Cards returned by the U.S. Postal Service will be held at MLB.com, 75 Ninth Ave., New York, NY 10011 until the conclusion of the 2016 Major League Baseball regular season and may be claimed by the applicable Club Mets member by providing proof of identification to MLB.com. Your unique electronic ticket voucher valid for two (2) Promenade tickets for one (1) eligible home game* will be redeemable only online at mets.com and will not be included in the membership packet you receive in the mail. The ticket voucher will be sent to you electronically within 4-6 weeks of sign-up and it will also be available on the Club Mets members-only section on mets.com. Please review the email and website for complete terms and conditions. *Eligible home games include all games in April and May, excluding Opening Day (4/8/2016) and Saturday games (4/9/2016, 4/30/2016, 5/21/2016, 5/28/2016), and Monday through Thursday games played June 1, 2016, through September 25, 2016, excluding Subway Series (8/1/2016, 8/2/2016). Vouchers are not valid for previously-purchased tickets and cannot be redeemed for cash. Members of Club Mets will have access to special offers and content on the members-only section of mets.com. You must have a valid Club Mets user name and password to log in. The email address associated with your Club Mets membership account will be your Club Mets member username. It's the number one destination for all Club Mets content including exclusive ticket offers and more. All offers will be available for a limited time and are subject to availability and any other terms and conditions included with the offer.
Club Mets members are eligible for the single-game pre-sale ticket opportunity, and other ticket offers throughout the 2016 season. Offer details will be communicated by email and posted on the members-only website.
2016 MLB.com Gameday Audio allows you to listen to every Major League Baseball regular season and Postseason game online on your computer.
Take fifteen percent (15%) off eligible merchandise at the Mets Team Store (located off the Rotunda at Citi Field) on non-game days. Club Mets members must show their 2016 Club Mets Membership Card or printed copy of 2016 membership confirmation email and photo ID at the time of purchase to redeem the fifteen percent (15%) discount. Starting in April 2016, through the end of the regular season, the store will be open at Citi during the below hours, seven (7) days a week, on non-game days; provided, however, hours of operation are subject to change and may vary from time to time so please visit mets.com/TeamStore for the most up-to-date hours of operation.

The Mets Team Store At Citi Field opens at the same time as the first gate(s) for guests with valid game tickets. Guests can access the Team Store from the Jackie Robinson Rotunda.

To pick up a copy of the Mets Official Game Notes, Club Mets members may stop by the nearest Fan Assistance Station at Citi Field. Members must present their 2016 Club Mets Membership Card or printed copy of 2016 membership confirmation email and photo ID to receive their copy. Limit one (1) copy per member, per game.
On occasion, Club Mets members will be invited via Club Mets email to purchase tickets seated together; such tickets will include a special promo item. Details will be included in the email invitation.
Over the course of the 2016 regular season, Club Mets members will be offered access to exclusive Mets Amazin' Memorabilia Auctions.
Club Mets members may redeem their complimentary scoreboard message offer by visiting the Club Mets members-only section of mets.com and entering (a) the redemption code provided, (b) the message they would like to have displayed, and (c) the eligible game date* on which they wish for the message to be played. Limit one (1) scoreboard message per member.
The message must follow the Mets scoreboard guidelines which can be found on mets.com/scoreboard.
