Baltimore couldn't take advantage of leadoff doubles in the first two innings and waited two more before scoring its first run. Nick Markakis' RBI single in the fourth inning was the O's only run-scoring hit as Rodrigo Lopez was touched for four solo homers by the Yankees in seven innings of work.
