Orioles on the mound: Right-hander Kevin Millwood, who is expected to be the team's Opening Day starter, allowed five hits, one run and three walks and struck out six through five innings. He had given up 11 runs in his first two spring outings.
Phillies on the mound: Left-hander Jamie Moyer, who is battling right-hander Kyle Kendrick for the last spot in the rotation, allowed five hits and one run in five innings in his Grapefruit League debut. Moyer struck out six to remain in contention for the job. Danys Baez tossed two scoreless innings in relief.
Orioles at the plate: Ty Wigginton doubled and scored in the third to tie the game at 1. Cesar Izturis reached on Jimmy Rollins' error to move Wigginton to third, and Wigginton scored on Nolan Reimold's sacrifice fly to center field. In a three-run seventh, Lou Montanez, Matt Wieters and Brandon Snyder each hit RBI singles. Feliz Pie ripped a solo shot in the ninth.
Phillies at the plate: Catcher Paul Hoover, getting a rare start, hit a solo home run to left-center field in the second for a 1-0 lead. Ozzie Chavez laced an RBI double in the ninth and Greg Dobbs followed with a two-run shot.
