O's split-squad game rained out
Baltimore's home matchup against St. Louis washed out

"We'll just adjust and make do as best we can," said Baltimore manager Dave Trembley. "I had to change the lineup somewhat. We moved some guys around. Obviously, we would've liked to play two games today. We were prepared to do that. We can't, we move on and we make the best of it."
Baltimore had its lone off-day of the spring on Tuesday and needs to see several pitchers to decide where they fit in the derby for three vacant rotation slots. Adam Eaton, Hayden Penn, Alfredo Simon and Brad Bergesen were all expected to pitch Wednesday, but the rain forced those plans to be revised.
Eaton is the only member of that foursome who will pitch in Jupiter, weather permitting. Penn and Simon are expected to work Thursday against the Nationals, and Bergesen will pitch in a Minor League game against the Red Sox. Danys Baez will also be pushed back a day, from Thursday to Friday.
When asked how he would react if the Jupiter game was also rained out, pitching coach Rick Kranitz provided a memorable quip. "You'll see a grown man cry," he said.
