    In light of recent news reports surrounding Chuck Knoblauch, as well as direct communication with the former Twins second baseman, the Minnesota Twins have decided to cancel the team's 2014 Hall of Fame induction ceremony scheduled for August 23 at Target Field.

  • Twins to recall right-handed pitcher Ryan Pressly

    The Minnesota Twins announced today that they will recall right-handed pitcher Ryan Pressly from Triple-A Rochester prior to tomorrow's game vs. the White Sox. Pressly has a record of 1-4, with a 2.98 ERA (60.1 IP, 20 ER), 21 walks, 63 strikeouts and six saves in 35 appearances with the Red Wings this season.

    The Minnesota Twins announced tonight that they will recall right-handed pitcher Yohan Pino from Triple-A Rochester prior to tomorrow's game vs. Cleveland.

  • Twins return Santana from rehab and reinstate from disabled list

    The Minnesota Twins announced today that they have returned infielder/outfielder Danny Santana from his rehab assignment at Single-A Ft. Myers and reinstated him from the disabled list. Santana missed 17 games after suffering a left knee bone bruise on June 25 at Los Angeles (AL). Santana played in three games on rehab assignment with the Miracle, he made two starts in center field and one at shortstop.
