    The Administrative and Executive offices are open Monday-Friday from 9 A.M.-5 P.M., a person is staffed in the lobby 24 hours a day. All guests must check in upon entry. The offices are located off of Montcalm between Woodward Ave and Brush St, directly across from the Tigers parking garage. Parking on non-game days is available in Parking Lot 3, located on the corner of Woodward and Montcalm.

    ADVERTISING
    For rates and information regarding Tigers radio, television, signage, print, online, in-ballpark advertising and promotional opportunities, please contact the Tigers Corporate Sales office at (313) 471-2000.

    AISLE POLICY
    To help ensure the safety of the guest, and the enjoyment of games and events at Comerica Park, sitting or standing in the aisles, on the ramps or in the stairways is not permitted. We ask that guests refrain from leaning against rails throughout the park. Guests will be asked to return to their assigned ticketed seat. We also ask that fans refrain from walking in the aisles during players-at-bats, from the top of the 2nd inning through the conclusion of the game.

    ALCOHOL MANAGEMENT
    All patrons who appear to be 30 years of age or younger will be required to show a valid government issued picture ID (State Issued Drivers License, State Issued ID, Passport or Military ID) before purchasing alcoholic beverages.

    Patrons will be limited to two (2) alcoholic beverages per purchase. The sale of alcohol will end at the end of the 7th inning in the seating areas, and at the end of the 8th inning at the concession stands. Alcohol is not allowed into or out of the ballpark.

    ALL-STAR BALLOTING
    Guests have the opportunity to select the players for the All-Star Game each season. Ballot cards will be available beginning in May and will be available at all Tigers home games, the Tigers front lobby, the Tigers retail store, the Comerica Park Box Office, online at tigers.com, or you may request your ballot by phone or by mail. The 2014 All-Star Game is July 15, at Target Field in Minneapolis.

    ALUMNI
    The Detroit Tigers Alumni Association (DTAA) is the official organization of former Detroit Tigers players. Throughout the year, the Alumni make appearances on behalf of charities, service organizations, schools and business partners. Whether signing autographs or speaking about achieving goals, Detroit Tigers Alumni are enthusiastic ambassadors for the game of baseball.     ANIMALS
    Service animals are welcome into Comerica Park.

    AUTOGRAPHS
    Guests are permitted to seek autographs along the railings near the playing field until 45 minutes prior to the start of the game or when the batting cages are removed. At that time, all guests will be asked to relocate to the section for which they hold tickets. In the event you are seeking autographs in a seating location other than your own, when the ticket holder arrives, you may be asked to proceed to your designated seating location.

    AUTOMOBILE TROUBLE
    Guests who are parked in a lot operated by Olympia Development and experience automobile trouble may contact the lot attendant for assistance. The lot attendants are able to help with keys locked in the car and with battery jumps. If further assistance is required, the lot attendant can assist with contacting AAA or local service stations.

    BABY CHANGING TABLES
    Baby changing tables are located in all restrooms throughout Comerica Park.

    BAGS/COOLERS/DIAPER BAGS/PURSES
    Bags without rigid interior/exterior frames are allowed into the park. All bags must be under 16"x 16" x 8". Upon entry to the ballpark, all bags will be inspected. To ensure fan safety, The Detroit Tigers reserve the right to refuse admittance of any item deemed hazardous or suspicious.

    BALL IN PLAY
    During the game when the ball is in play or the batter is in the batter's box, the Tigers encourage all guests to use courtesy and restrict movement in the seating aisles, please refrain from walking up and down the aisle as this obstructs other guests' view of the game action. You should travel to and from your seat only during breaks in the action. In addition, guests should never interfere with a ball in play. Persons who violate this rule are subject to ejection or arrest and prosecution.

    BALLPARK SEATS
    Standing or stepping on ballpark seats may lead to serious bodily injury. The Detroit Tigers request, for your safety and the other ballpark guests' safety, that you do not step, climb over, stand or use seats in a manner other than intended at Comerica Park.

    BANNERS AND SIGNS
    Banners and signs may not obstruct the view of guests. Banners and signs must be baseball-related and may not contain objectionable subject matter or be commercial in nature. Banners and signs may not be attached to the building or hung over railings. The Detroit Tigers reserve the right to remove any banner at any time.

    (1) Banners and signs must (a) utilize only cloth, paper or other light, flexible materials, rather than be comprised of or supported by wood, metal or other hard materials that could be dangerous in a crowded public setting, (b) not be affixed to or draped over any part of the ballpark structure.

    (2) Banners and signs may be displayed only (a) in areas where they do not obscure advertising, ballpark signage or impede the operation of Comerica Park, (b) so as not to unduly obstruct any person's view of the playing field or interfere with player or umpire sight lines. Only one sign or banner may be displayed at any one location.

    (3) Banners and signs may only be shown (a) prior to the start of the game, (b) between innings, and (c) after the conclusion of the game.

    (4) Banners and signs may not bear a message that (a) is slanderous, (b) is obscene, vulgar or indecent and inappropriate for viewing by children, (c) contains "fighting words" likely to provoke a breach of the peace (d) contains commercial advertising or commercial product or service identification or (e) is political in nature.

    BASEBALL CLINICS
    The Tigers offer pre-game, on-field clinics occasionally during the season (for children 14 and younger). Field access for individuals with mobility difficulties requires an escort to the field. Please go to the main Guest Services office behind section 130 for assistance. For on-field clinic dates check the promotions schedule at tigers.com.

    The Tigers also offer baseball clinics for both coaches and youngsters at locations throughout the Detroit metro area as part of the club's Play Baseball Detroit campaign. For more information on these clinics, please visit tigers.com and click on Community followed by the Youth Sports & Recreation link.

    BATS
    Bats of any size are not allowed to be brought into the park. Large bats or game used bats purchased in the park must be left at the point of purchase until the fan is exiting the park. Bats given to guests from players may be taken to the Main Guest Service office behind section 130 and can be picked up when the guest leaves.

    BEER HALL
    A great place to meet up with friends, the Beer Hall is a sit-down restaurant located in the FOX Sports Detroit Brushfire Grill. Open on game days while the park is open, the Beer Hall serves up a tavern style menu. On non-game days, the Beer Hall can be rented out for special events, for more information on rental please call (313) 471-2661 or go to tigers.com and click on "Comerica Park." The Beer Hall is a non-smoking environment.

    BIRTHDAYS
    Attending a game for someone's birthday? Why not make it a party and make their visit to Comerica Park extra special with:

    A Birthday Package added on to your ticket, this includes a voucher for a hot dog, soda, bag of chips, a ride on the Ferris Wheel or Carousel, and a picture of your name on the scoreboard. Contact group sales at (313) 471-BALL for more information. Inquire about special rates for groups of 15 or more.

    A Happy Birthday message on the scoreboard. Scoreboard messages must be purchased in advance at Tigers.com by clicking on "Comerica Park." followed by scoreboard messages link. (Costs do apply)

    A personalized birthday certificate may be picked up for free at any Guest Service Office locations in Comerica Park (Located behind sections 130, 210 and 330).

    A personal visit from PAWS. PAWS visits must be made in advance at Tigers.com. (Costs do apply)

    BOOSTER SEATS
    Booster seats are available for game use at the main Guest Service offices located behind sections 130, 210 and 330.

    BOX OFFICE WINDOWS
    Main Box Office windows are located on Witherell Street. Cash, Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. Personal checks are not accepted. Main Box Office Hours:
    Mon - Sat 10 A.M. - 6 P.M.
    Sundays 10 A.M. - 2 P.M.
    Holidays 10 A.M. - 2 P.M.
    Game Days 10 A.M. - 10 A.M. - 1/2-hr after the end of the game
    Secondary Box Office Windows on Adams Street (Will Call Only) and on Brush Street open two hours prior to game time and are open on game days only.

    BROADCASTING
    RADIO: All regular season Tigers games and select Spring Training games are broadcast on 97.1 FM / 1270 AM

    TELEVISION: Most Detroit Tigers games are broadcast locally on FOX Sports Detroit.

    CAMERAS/VIDEO
    Guests are welcome to bring still and video cameras into the park and may take pictures from their seats during the game. Guests are requested to not stand in aisles or obstruct others from viewing the game while taking pictures. Tripods, unipods, and monopods are not permitted in the park.

    CANADIAN CURRENCY
    Canadian currency is accepted at the applicable exchange rate at the Box Office, The D Shop, merchandise stands and concession stands. Canadian currency is not accepted for payment in the Olympia Development parking facilities.

    CAROUSEL
    The Tiger Carousel is located in the Comerica Bank Big Cat Court next to Gate A, (section 119). Children, young and old, can enjoy riding the tigers as the carousel rotates around. Rides are $2 per person, and on Sundays, kids 14 and under ride free.

    CERTIFICATES
    Make a memory at Comerica Park, guests in attendance may now receive personalize certificates for: Anniversaries, Birthdays, First Game, and an Amazing Catch. Certificates may be picked up for free at any Guest Services Office in Comerica Park (Located behind sections 130, 210 and 330).

    MOTORCITY CASINO CHAMPIONS CLUB
    The MotorCity Casino Hotel Champions Club is located on the 100 suite level along the third base side of the park. MotorCity Casino Hotel Champions Club tickets are sold as both season tickets or on an individual game basis. Access passes are also available for purchase on a per game basis, (a valid game ticket is needed for entry into Comerica Park). For information on purchasing tickets or access passes to the MotorCity Casino Hotel Champions Club, please call (313) 471-2222. On non-game days the MotorCity Casino Hotel Champions Club is available for private functions please contact (313) 471-2661 for rental information. The MotorCity Casino Hotel Champions Club is a non-smoking environment.

    CHILDREN
    Children who are 3 years old or younger and who share a seat with an accompanying adult are admitted free of charge for Detroit Tigers games.

    ASYLUM CIGAR BAR
    Elegant and classic, the Asylum Cigar Bar is a blend of 1940's cool with new millennium style. The Asylum Cigar Bar has an upscale atmosphere for cocktail parties or mixers. With a baby grand piano, large bar and fully stocked humidor, the Asylum Cigar Bar is an ideal place for intimate gatherings or downtown pre- and post-show parties. On game days access to the Asylum Cigar Bar is limited to guests with Tiger Club access. Cigars only may be smoked in the Asylum Cigar Bar. Smoking of cigarettes is not permitted.

    COMERICA BANK BIG CAT COURT
    This area is designed in a circular fashion and features a variety of food choices including Little Caesars Pizza, elephant ears, ice cream, french fries, handmade pretzels, old fashioned handmade hamburgers, Mexican selections, frozen daiquiris and other frozen soft drinks. The D Shop retail store is also accessible through the Comerica Bank Big Cat Court.

    COMMENTS, COMPLIMENTS, CONCERNS

    COMMEMORATIVE BRICKS
    Personalized bricks pave the way at Gate A, around the Big Tiger. These bricks were made available prior to the start of the Inaugural Season of Comerica Park in 2000. Currently the commemorative bricks are not available for purchase. In the future if a new program is started, information will be available at tigers.com.

    COMMUNITY PROGRAMS
    The Tigers organization is proud of its long-standing tradition of supporting a wide variety of community and charitable organizations. Each year the Tigers support individuals and groups throughout the greater Detroit region with a focus on youth, health, education and recreation including the United States Armed Forces, Veterans, public service members, youth baseball

    CONCESSIONS
    Besides the traditional ballpark specialties, hot dogs, peanuts and popcorn, Comerica Park offers a wide range of tasty food options. The Brushfire Grill area behind third base offers a variety of vegetarian and gluten free options. The Comerica Bank Big Cat Court near Gate A offers a wide range of food, including Little Ceasars pizza, elephant ears, chicken fingers, cotton candy, frozen treats and other great snacks, Mexican and our fan favorite, Coney Hot Dogs. All concession stands accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover card, as well as Canadian currency. Personal Checks are not accepted. Comerica Park has also been recognized by PETA over the last four years as one of the top five vegetarian friendly ballparks.     DESIGNATED DRIVER
    The Designated Driver Program kiosk is located near the Brushfire Grill, Section 131 and near Gate B near section 104. Guests of legal drinking age, who hold a valid driver's license, are eligible to become "Designated Drivers." Our designated drivers receive a wristband and are entered to win a Designated Driver prize. The winner of the Designated Driver prize is announced in the middle of the 8th inning. The Detroit Tigers are proud to be one of the top five Major League Baseball teams who had fans sign up to be designated drivers.

    THE DETROIT PEOPLE MOVER
    For guests taking the Detroit People Mover, Comerica Park stops include Broadway for easy access to Gate C on the corner of Brush and Adams Streets, or the Grand Circus Park stop for easy access to Gate B on the corner of Adams and Witherell streets. Cost for the People Mover is seventy-five cents per ride.

The Foundation aids in the development and funding of innovative programs that enhance lives through the game of baseball.     DONATION REQUESTS
    The Detroit Tigers organization annually donates more than 1,000 autographed items and over 50,000 game tickets to deserving charitable organizations. In order to best serve our community, donations are restricted to community organizations and charitable causes in Michigan, northern Ohio and southern Ontario, Canada.     ELEVATORS
    Elevators are located on the first base side behind section 109 (for access to the Tiger Club and 200 sections) and on the third base side behind section 130 (for access to Suite Levels and 300 sections). Elevators are reserved for guests with mobility impairments, suite holders, MotorCity Casino Hotel Champions Club ticket holders and Tiger Club ticket holders and members.

    EMERGENCY GUEST PHONE SERVICE
    If there is an emergency and a guest at Comerica Park needs to be contacted, please call (313) 471-2436. When you call, please have the guest's seat location and a Guest Service Representative will be dispatched as soon as possible.     ERNIE HARWELL MEDIA CENTER
    The Ernie Harwell Media Center is the official name of the Comerica Park Press Box, located on the first level of suites behind home plate. While this area is not open to the public on game days, guests can see inside the press box when they take a behind the scenes tour of Comerica Park. For tour information please call (313) 471-2074.

    ESCALATOR
    An escalator is available for guest access to the 300 level, it is located next to the Comerica Bank Big Cat Court by section 121. For safety purposes, the escalator only goes up.

    EVACUATION PROCEDURE
    If there is any type of emergency situation that might cause a delay of the game or an evacuation of the ballpark, please direct your attention to the scoreboard and listen for announcements on the PA system. Guests with special needs should contact the nearest event staff colleague for assistance.

    Guests at Comerica Park are encouraged to take the following steps:
       Be aware of your location at Comerica Park at all times
       Identify the two exits closest to your seats
       Listen and watch for instructions from the PA system, Scoreboard or Event Staff
    In the event of an emergency, The Detroit Tigers ask that all fans act calmly, cooperate with event staff and are mindful of all guests in their area.

    EVENT SEATING POLICY
    In order to ensure that all of our fans receive the full value of their ticket investment, only those persons with a ticket for a particular seat will be able to occupy that seat. Our event staff colleagues will be checking tickets to safeguard each customer's investment as a ticketed seat holder.

    EXCHANGES
    No exchanges are allowed for individual game tickets. Season tickets and luxury suite tickets may be exchanged under the "Unused Season Ticket Program" subject to availability. Call your Tigers Ticket Sales Representative for details. Luxury suite, party suite and complimentary tickets and /or rain checks are not exchangeable.

    FANTASY CAMP
    The Tigers offer week long fantasy camps at the Tigers Spring Training facility, Joker Marchant Stadium, in Lakeland, FL. Summer weekend fantasy camps and batting practices are also available at Comerica Park on select weekends throughout the season.     FERRIS WHEEL
    Children of all ages can enjoy a ride on the Fly Ball Ferris Wheel located in the FOX Sports Detroit Brushfire Grill, located behind section 131. Rides are $2 a person, and on Sundays, kids 14 and under ride for free.

    FIREWORKS SPECTACULAR
    After most Friday and Saturday night home games (weather permitting) enjoy a free fireworks show. Check the Detroit Tigers Promotions and Giveaways schedule to verify the firework schedule. There are times guests in fair territory in right or left field may be asked to leave the area prior to the start of the fireworks show for safety reasons.

    FIRST AID
    For guests in need of medical assistance, first aid rooms are located on the main concourse behind section 140 and on the upper (300 level) concourse behind section 331. If immediate medical attention is required, please contact the nearest event staff colleague for assistance.

    FIRST TIME GUESTS
    Is this yours or your favorite fan's first time to Comerica Park? There's so much to do so come early! Gates open 1½ hours prior to the scheduled game time start unless otherwise noted. For your memorable first time experience be sure to:
    Stop by one of our Guest Service Offices (behind sections 130, 210 or 330) for a First Game Certificate.
    Continue around the ballpark towards left field and take pictures with our beautiful statutes, honoring Tigers legends, Willie Horton, Ty Cobb, Charlie Gehringer, Hank Greenberg, Hal Newhouser, and Al Kaline.
    Then head to the FOXSports Detroit Brushfire Grill to have a pregame meal in the Beer Hall or ride the Fly Ball Ferris Wheel.*
    At Gate B in right field, try your arm in the speedpitch or take a swing in the batting cage,* then take your picture with our All-Star Mickey Mouse from the 2010 Anaheim All-Star Game.
    At Gate A behind section 119, take your picture with the Ernie Harwell statue, and yet another Mickey Mouse and the Tigers' themed Statue of Liberty from the 2008 All-Star Game in New York.
    Move into the Comerica Bank Big Cat Court, for some ice cream, an elephant ear, and a ride on the carousel. Don't forget a stop at The D Shop to pick up a Tigers souvenir, a T-shirt or an authentic ball from a game.*
    When you leave for the night, exit out Gate A to take a keepsake photo with the big Tiger out front.
    *There are charges for these activities.

    FOOD AND BEVERAGE
    Guests are permitted to bring individual portions of food and factory sealed clear bottles of unflavored water in to Comerica Park. For kids in the group, or medical purposes, juice boxes are also allowed. Outside food and beverage is not permitted in the suites.

    FOUL BALLS AND HOME RUN BALLS
    Guests are welcome to keep foul balls and home run balls hit into occupied seating areas as souvenirs, but are asked to be cautious and courteous to other fans when collecting a ball. Bats entering the stands must be returned if requested by the Tigers, Major League Baseball or the Visiting Team. For the safety and enjoyment of all, guests are requested to not interfere with a ball in play or trespass onto the playing field. If a person interferers with a ball in play, the ball will be taken from the guest. Interference and trespassing are prohibited by Comerica Park policy and a City of Detroit Ordinance. Persons who violate this ordinance are subject to ejection or arrest and prosecution. At no time is a ball allowed to be thrown back into the playing field: this includes the main field, dugouts and bullpens. All fans, especially those sitting along the foul lines, and behind the dugouts are cautioned to stay alert for hard-hit foul balls or bats that might leave the playing field. The ticket holder assumes all risk and danger incidental to the game of Baseball, including specifically (but not exclusively) the danger of being injured by thrown bats and thrown or batted balls, and agrees that the Commissioner, the Participating Clubs, their Agents, and Players, and employees are not liable for injuries resulting from such causes. The Detroit Tigers cannot be held responsible for the conduct of other fans when attempting to obtain a foul or home run ball.

    FUN MONEY
    Fun Money is available in $5 increments and may be used to purchase food or souvenirs. Fun Money must be purchased in advance of your game date through the Group Sales department at (313) 471-BALL.

    FUNDRAISERS
    The Detroit Tigers offer a rewarding and turnkey fund-raising opportunity. Through the sale of Tigers game tickets, organizations, charities, churches, schools and athletic programs raise funds in the community to pay for athletic equipment, educational programs, church functions and much more.     GAME INFORMATION PROHIBITION; USE OF LIKENESS
    Each Guest is admitted to Comerica Park on the condition, and by entrance to Comerica Park the Guest agrees, that: (a) he or she shall not transmit or aid in transmitting, or make or aid in the making of any commercial use of, any information about the game to which Guest has been granted admission, including, but not limited to, any account, description, picture, video, audio reproduction or other information concerning or in connection with the game, the players or Comerica Park (the "Game Information"); (b) the Tigers are the exclusive owner of all copyrights and other proprietary rights in all games played at Comerica Park and related Game Information; and (c) the Detroit Tigers, Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Advanced Media, L.P., Major League Baseball Advanced Media, Inc. (the MLB Entities) and each of their respective agents and licensees, shall have the unrestricted right and license to use his or her image, likenesses, name, voice, comments or other proprietary or public rights and that of any minor accompanying Holder in any broadcast, telecast or photograph and/or video and/or audio sound recording taken in connection with the game or other transmission or reproduction in whole or in part of the game, for all purposes, without consent or compensation. The rights granted herein to the The Detroit Tigers and the MLB Entities are assignable.

    GATE/ENTRANCE LOCATIONS
    There are 4 gate locations for ticketed entry to Comerica Park.

    Gate A is located on the front of the ballpark on Witherell Street. Inside the park across from section 117

    Gate B is located on the corner of Adams and Witherell off of Grand Circus Park. Inside the park across from section 103

    Gate C is located on the corner of Brush and Adams. Inside the park across from section 148

    Gate D is located on Montcalm. Inside the park across from section 128

    The Tiger Club, Tiger Den, MotorCity Casino Hotel Champions Club and Suites each have private entrances:
    a) The Tiger Club Entrance is located on Witherell between Gates A and B
    b) The Tiger Den Entrance is located on Montcalm across from the Tiger Parking Garage
    c) The MotorCity Casino Champions Club and Suite holders entrance is located off of the third floor of the Tigers Parking Garage

    To enter through these points, guests must have a Tiger Den or On Deck Circle ticket, suite ticket, MotorCity Casino Hotel Champions Club Ticket, or a game ticket and one of the following: Tiger Den/Tiger Club Access pass, Suite Holder Card or MotorCity Casino Hotel Champions Club Card.

    Season Ticket holders can experience the red carpet treatment at gates A, B & C where they can bypass the long lines once gates open. These gates still open at regular gate times, and guests are still subject to same policies.

    GATES OPEN/GAME TIME
    The gates to Comerica Park open approximately 2 hours prior to the scheduled game time unless otherwise advertised. Guests are invited to arrive early and watch batting and infield practice, enjoy rides on the Fly Ball Ferris Wheel and Carousel, historical displays, the food offerings in the Comerica Bank Big Cat Court and FOX Sports Detroit Brushfire Grill, as well as the pre-game ceremonies.

    The starting times of all games are tentative and subject to change due to Major League Baseball television agreements with ESPN and FOX. Time changes can potentially occur up to 10 days prior to a scheduled game date. Guests should be advised that game tickets will be honored on the game date listed regardless of the time change. Guests should be aware of this possibility. Log on to tigers.com or check other local media outlets for the time changes that may occur.

    The Tiger Den, Tiger Club, Beer Hall, The Labatt Blue Light Jungle, MotorCity Casino Champions Club and Suite Levels open two (2) hours prior to the scheduled game time.

    On select days throughout the year Season Ticket Holders have an exclusive early entry allowing them in the ballpark 2 hours prior to game time to watch batting practice from left field behind the bullpens to the statues in left-center field. Entry is through Gate C located on the corner of Adams and Brush Streets.

    GIFT CARDS
    Tigers gift cards, purchased at off site retail outlets, may be redeemed for merchandise at retail stores inside Comerica Park (not retail kiosks), as well as for tickets at the Comerica Park Box Office. MLB.com gift cards are redeemable only at MLB.com.

    GIFT CERTIFICATES
    Gift certificates are available in $10 denominations and may be purchased by phone or in person at the Comerica Park Box Office. Gift Certificates are good for tickets purchased at the Comerica Park Box Office. They are not redeemable online or by phone. For more information or to purchase, please call (313) 471-BALL.

    GROUP OUTINGS
    Please visit tigers.com/groups or call (313) 471-BALL to pre-arrange group outings at Comerica Park. Groups of 15 or more receive multiple benefits when attending a game. Benefits may include group ticket discounts, an opportunity to purchase food and beverage packages, scoreboard recognition, preferred seating as a group and a group leader information kit to help promote the event.

    GUEST CONDUCT
    TThe Tigers intend to provide all of our guests with a safe, comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. Therefore, the Tigers have established the following rules for accepted guest conduct. Those failing to abide will be subject to ejection and possible arrest.

    • Guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing are not allowed on ballpark property
    • Guests interfering with other guests' ability to enjoy the game
    • Guests using foul or abusive language or gestures
    • Guests displaying extreme acts of public affection
    • Guests appearing impaired by alcohol or drugs
    • Guests interfering with the progress of the game or going on to the field will be ejected from the park and subject to arrest and prosecution
    • Guests refusing to show their ticket when asked by a Comerica Park representative

    Those observing other guests violating the Tigers policies should report the incident to the nearest event staff colleague. Guests can also confidentially text "SECURITY" to 39844 (standard message rates apply). Guests may also tweet @ComericaParkOps for any questions, or concerns that may arise while in Comerica Park. A Comerica Park Event Staff colleague will respond to security matters or guest service questions.

    GUEST COURTESY
    During the game when the ball is in play or the batter is in the batter's box, the Tigers encourage all guests to use courtesy and restrict movement in the seating aisles, please refrain from walking up and down the aisle as this obstructs other guests' view of the game action. You should travel to and from your seat only during breaks in the action. In addition, guests should never interfere with a ball in play.

    GUEST SERVICES
    For your convenience, Guest Service offices are located behind section 130 on the main concourse, behind section 210 and behind section 330 on the upper levels. The Guest Service Staff is available to help with a variety of issues, including lost children, ticket problems and other general questions or inquires.

    THE LABATT BLUE LIGHT JUNGLE
    Located by Gate B, (section 104) on the Pepsi Porch level, The Labatt Blue Light Jungle is a sports bar, with big screen TVs, and a roll up door that opens out to the ballpark. It's a great place to meet up with friends and watch both the Tigers and other sporting events. The Labatt Blue Light Jungle is a non-smoking environment.

    KIDS' ID WRISTBANDS
    The Detroit Tigers offer wristbands upon which a child's seating location is recorded. This information aids in reuniting lost children with their parents or guardians.

    The wristbands are available at the Guest Services office located behind sections 130, 210 and 330.

    KIDS RUN THE BASES
    The Kids Run the Bases event offers children (14 and under) the opportunity to run the bases after Sunday home games throughout the season, weather permitting. To participate in Kids Run the Bases, guests are asked to line up under the scoreboard in left field, at the conclusion of running the field, participants are exited off the field along the third baseline. Check the Detroit Tigers Promotions and Giveaways schedule to verify games involving this event. Kids Run the Bases is weather permitting and may be cancelled due to doubleheaders or other post game events.

    Laser pointers, or other laser devices, are not allowed inside Comerica Park.

    LEO'S CONEY ISLAND
    Located in Comerica Park with an entrance on Witherall. Leo's Coney Island is open during games for guests in the ballpark. Leo's game time menu includes Detroit Coney Dogs, chili fries, and Greek favorites like gyros and Greek salad.

    LIQUID FIREWORKS
    The centerfield wall features the Centerfield Fountain that produces a stunning "liquid fireworks" display that can be programmed to music and light changes and is used to celebrate home runs and other in-game moments. The Fountain can spray water up to 150 feet in the air from more than 900 nozzles and is powered by more than four miles of wire and cable and pumps with 500 horsepower. The pumps can move 15,000 gallons a minute.

    LOST AND FOUND
    Items turned in may be claimed at the main Guest Services office located behind section 130. To inquire about items lost after the game day, please contact Park Operations at (313) 471-2438.

    LOST CHILDREN/GROUP MEMBERS
    The Tigers suggest that a parent/guardian obtain a Kids ID wristband available at Guest Service locations behind section 130, 210, and 330, to assist event staff colleagues in locating their group. Adults looking for lost group members should contact the nearest event staff colleague or report the missing person to the nearest guest service office.

    LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS
    Lost or stolen tickets will only be reprinted for the account holder, the person whose name is on the account, with a valid photo ID. Reprints for tickets lost or stolen may require written proof of game date and seat location detail. An official police report is required to reprint stolen tickets. Tickets that can be verified as lost, stolen or not received may be reprinted and must be held for pickup on game day. No reprinted tickets will be mailed. All reprinted tickets are issued at the sole discretion of the Detroit Tigers. Reprints are subject to a per ticket reprint charge.     MAYO SMITH SOCIETY
    An independent group (not directly associated with the Tigers) which was founded in 1983 and is comprised of Tigers enthusiasts who reside worldwide. The group took its name from Mayo Smith, who was the Tigers manager in 1968. This group enables Tigers fans throughout the country to stay current on the Tigers; they have published a book entitled "Tiger Tracks," copyright 1989.     NON-PROFIT CONCESSION STANDS (Fundraising Opportunity)
    Groups may volunteer to work concession stands during Detroit Tiger Games and receive a percentage of the
    sales. Organizations must have a 501(c)3 and provide proof of general liability insurance. The minimum number of volunteers is between 10 - 20, and new groups are expected to fulfill a 10-game commitment. Visit

    A game is considered official after 4 1/2 innings have been completed if the Tigers are in the lead or after 5 innings if the Tigers are losing at the time of the delay. (See also Rain Checks, Rain Delays)

    Major League Baseball scores are continually displayed on the scoreboard in right center field.

    PARKING

    Parking Info »

    Olympia Development operates and manages approximately 5,000 parking spaces surrounding Comerica Park. There are numerous other privately owned parking facilities within a 5-20 minute walk of Comerica Park. Olympia Development parking does not accept $100 bills or Canadian currency or Credit/Debit Cards. Olympia Development parking lots do not have in and out privileges.

    Disabled Parking: All Olympia Development parking facilities have ADA compliant parking spaces. A state issued license plate or placard plus verification of ownership of the plate or placard is required along with the parking fee in order to use these spaces. Disabled parking is available on a first come, first serve basis at the going rate. Guests with disabilities may also be dropped off and picked up at the corner of Montcalm and Witherell Streets, just north of Gate A.

    Buses: Buses are allowed to park on the eastbound I-75 Service Drive and Brush Street between the Service Drive and Mack, free of charge. Buses are not permitted to park on the westbound 1-75 Service Drive between Brush Street and Woodward. Bus parking is available on a first come first serve basis, so please arrive early.

    Taxis: The taxi stand is located on Witherell St between Elizabeth St and Adams St, just outside Gate B. The stand is generally set up after the 7th inning.

    RVs: Olympia Development has limited RV parking on a first come, first serve basis at Lot H. RVs are not permitted to park on the I-75 Service Drive. Guests may try contacting Olympia Development Parking at (313) 471-2641 or other privately owned parking lots to arrange RV parking.

    Pre-Paid Parking: Prepaid parking is available online for select lots. Visit detrioittigers.com and click on "Comerica Park" to view a list of available lots and rates. Disabled parking is not available online.

    Inclement Weather/Refunded Parking: There is a no in-out policy for all Olympia Development parking lots. Delayed games: refunds are not issued for games that are delayed, but not canceled. If guests choose to leave before a game is officially postponed, they are not eligible for a refund.

    Postponed Games: Guests who attend games that are postponed to a later date are eligible to receive a refund at the spot where they purchased their parking ticket. All cash refunds are issued at the exit of the parking lots. Guests who purchase their tickets online must get a refund through tickets.com or the Detroit Tigers box office. Season pass holders should retain the top portion of their parking pass; it will be valid for the date of the make-up game. Parking passes are not transferrable or exchangeable.

    PEDDLING/VENDING/LEAFLETING
    Free speech activities may not impede safe pedestrian flow or block access to the turnstiles or exit gates. It shall be up to the discretion of the Detroit Police Department to ask individuals to move if it is felt that a safety hazard or impediment of the free flow of pedestrian traffic is occurring. Vending, peddling or product sampling is not allowed on Comerica Park property unless previously approved by Detroit Tigers Management. Leafleting of vehicles in parking lots is also prohibited.

    Guests will be asked to return all restricted items back to their vehicle. Guests who are caught in the park with a restricted item(s) will have the object confiscated and may be subject to ejection.

    The Tigers offer nine different picnic areas to entertain your group. Whether you're having your company picnic, church outing, wedding party or school/family reunion a picnic is a great way to eat, drink and enjoy the excitement of Detroit Tigers Baseball.     PLAYING FIELD
    The playing field measures 102,000 sq. ft. of natural turf. The turf is a single variety of Kentucky Bluegrass. The single cultivar is called Moonlight. The field is mowed every day during the growing season. On game days, it is double cut and takes five hours to mow. The mowing height is 1 inch both on the infield and outfield. Underneath the grass is 10 inches of 100% USGA spec sand. Beneath that layer is a 4 inch layer of pea stone. Beneath the pea stone is a geotextile fabric separating it from the subgrade material and then miles of trenched drain tile throughout the entire playing field.

    The sand in the root zone drains water at the rate of 14 inches per hour. The infield skin area (soil area) is considered a silt loam soil. It is more forgiving than the mound and plate area and allows the ball to take a softer hop. The mound and plate area are more firm to withstand the cleats of the hitters and pitchers landing and twisting in the same area over and over for long periods of time. They are considered clay soils by definition.

    PROMOTIONAL ITEMS/DATES
    Promotional items have individual restrictions (e.g. first 10,000 guests, ages 14 and under, etc.). Dates and items are subject to change without prior notice. A game ticket does not ensure nor entitle the holder to a promotional item. Only one item will be distributed per person. Guests MUST be present to receive a giveaway item. Giveaway items are one per person, NOT one per ticket. Please be considerate of Comerica Park event associates and do not put them in an awkward position by asking that they break these policies.     RAIN CHECKS/GAME CANCELLATION
    In the event that 5 innings of one game is not played, except if the Tigers are in the lead at the end of 4-1/2 innings, one of the following policies will apply:

    1) When the canceled game is rescheduled on an open date or as part of a split day/night doubleheader with a specific start time for the rescheduled game, the original ticket will be valid for entry to the rescheduled game ONLY. (Exception: When the canceled game is rescheduled during the same homestand on an open date or as part of a split day/night doubleheader, the original ticket may be used for admission to the rescheduled game or may be exchanged for any future non Premium game in the next 12 months from the original game date.)

    2) When the canceled game is rescheduled onto an existing game, thereby creating a traditional doubleheader where only one of the two games has a specific start time, the ticket for the originally scheduled game is valid for both games. The canceled game ticket is then invalid and subject to applicable exchange policy. If the canceled game is not rescheduled, the ticket may be exchanged for any future game during the next 12 months at the value stated. Ticket exchanges are subject to availability and all service charges or differences in value are non-refundable. Tickets may be redeemed at the Tigers Box Office or by mailing them to: Tigers Box office, 2100 Woodward Ave, Detroit, MI 48201.

    3) Complimentary tickets may not be exchanged under any circumstances and are invalid for use at the rescheduled game.

    RAIN DELAYS
    According to the rules of Major League Baseball, the home team is the sole judge as to conditions of the playing field, prior to the start of the game. Starting with the games after the All-Star break, during the final series of the season between two clubs in the home ballpark of either club, the umpires shall be the sole authority empowered to determine whether a game shall start or not. The umpire-in-chief shall be the sole judge as to whether and when play shall be suspended during a game because of unsuitable weather conditions or the unfit condition of the playing field; as to whether and when the play shall be resumed after such suspension; and as to whether and when a game shall be terminated after such suspension. He shall not call the game until at least 30 minutes after he has suspended play. He may continue the suspension as long as he believes there is a chance to resume play. The umpire-in-chief shall at all times try to complete a game. His authority to resume play following one or more suspensions of as much as 30 minutes each shall be absolute and he shall terminate a game only when there appears to be no reasonable possibility of completing the ballgame. If a game is postponed or not played because of inclement weather or other reason, please see the Rain Check/Game Cancellation policy posted above.

    RAMPS
    There are 2 ramps to assist guests getting to the upper levels of Comerica Park. The grade on both ramps conforms to ADA standards. The Montcalm Street ramp is located at section 125/325 and the Brush Street ramp is located at section 140/340. Two ramps are also located on the 100 level concourse to assist guests to lower bowl seating at sections 119 and 141.

    RE-ENTRY GATES
    Guests needing to exit and re-enter Comerica Park to retrieve items from their vehicle, may do so at Gates A (section 117), B (section 103), C (section 148), and D (section 128). Guests must see a ticket taker to have their ticket scanned for re-entry. If a ticket is not scanned upon exit, it is not valid for re-entry at any gate.

    RESALE OF TICKETS/SCALPING
    Resale of tickets in excess of face value without the express written permission of the Detroit Tigers or Major League Baseball is strictly prohibited and may be in violation of applicable state and local laws.

    RESTROOMS
    All restrooms in Comerica Park are accessible with wider stalls, lower sinks, mirrors, soap and towel dispensers. Companion/Family rest rooms are located behind sections 120, 139, 210 and 342. All of the restrooms offer baby changing stations.

    SAFETY WARNING
    During all pregame practices/activities, through the game and post-game experience, hard hit baseballs and bats and fragments thereof may be thrown or hit into the stands, concourses and concessions areas. For the safety of every Guest, all Guests must stay alert and be aware of their surroundings. Guests who are concerned with their seat location should contact any Guest Services representative for an alternate seat location. The ticket holder assumes all risk and danger incidental to the game of Baseball, including specifically (but not exclusively) the danger of being injured by thrown bats and thrown or batted balls, and agrees that the Commissioner, the Participating Clubs, their Agents, and Players, and employees are not liable for injuries resulting from such causes.

    Scoreboard messages can be purchased for $75 via the Detroit Tigers website. A limited quantity of messages can be displayed during each game, so be sure to reserve your message well in advance.     When looking towards the playing field, as you stand behind a section, seat number one will be on the right side of the row and the seat numbers increase as you go left. Each row starts with a low number and ends with a high number. The majority of rows in the ballpark begin with seat number one.

    SEATING/TICKETS
    All guests are required to have a ticket for their seat. Guests may be asked to show their tickets for entry into certain sections of the lower and upper decks as well as the ticket holders specific section. In order to ensure that all of our fans receive the full value of their ticket investment, only those persons with a ticket for a particular seat will be able to occupy that seat.

    The Tigers want to ensure that guests have a safe and enjoyable experience at Comerica Park. Security personnel and uniformed police officers are positioned throughout Comerica Park.     SMOKING POLICY
    Comerica Park is a smoke free workplace and venue, this includes e-cigarettes (except for the Asylum Cigar Bar which allows the smoking of cigars only). Guests wishing to smoke may do so at designated locations outside the ballpark, behind section 101 on Adams Street, and behind section 140 on Brush Street. Guests entering the smoking area must have their ticket. Alcohol is not permitted in the outside smoking areas. Guests with access to the Tiger Club may smoke cigars in the Asylum Cigar Bar. Smoking of cigarettes is prohibited in the Asylum Cigar Bar.

    SPRING TRAINING

    STANDING ROOM
    Standing room tickets are sometimes made available for some Detroit Tigers home games. Standing room areas are located in designated areas along the first and third base sides of the lower bowl, behind accessible seating sections of the 200 and 300 levels, as well as the areas on either side of the centerfield fountain. Standing room is reserved for guests with standing room tickets. We ask that fans in the lower bowl standing room areas stand one person deep to allow for easy mobility for other guests and guests in wheelchairs.

    STATUES/RETIRED NUMBERS
    Greeting guests as they enter Gate A of Comerica Park is a statue honoring beloved Tigers announcer Ernie Harwell. In left field there are statues of Tigers greats: Willie Horton, Ty Cobb, Charlie Gehringer, Hank Greenberg, Hal Newhouser and Al Kaline. All of the statues were created by Omri Amrany. Amrany also made the Gordie Howe statue at Joe Louis Arena, the Michael Jordan statue outside the United Center in Chicago, and the Haray Caray statue at Wrigley Field. The brick outfield walls honor our players with retired numbers, as well as members of The Tigers organization in the Hall of Fame. On June 26, 2011, former Detroit Tigers Manager and Hall of Famer, Sparky Anderson's number was retired and added to the wall in right field. The number 42, on the right field wall, was retired throughout Major League Baseball in 1997, in honor of baseball legend Jackie Robinson.

    STROLLERS/BABY CARRIERS
    Strollers and baby/infant carriers are permitted in the ballpark. Strollers should be able to fold up to fit underneath a seat. Strollers should not in any way inhibit general guest movement, or block any aisle. For assistance in storing a stroller, please speak with the usher in your section. Strollers are not available for rent. Infant carriers should be able to fit in a lap, as there may not be room in the seating area to accommodate the carrier.

    TIGER CLUB
    Located on the 100 suite level in right field, The Tiger Club is open on all game days serving a full buffet or ala carte menu with a view of the playing field. Food and beverage in the Tiger Club is an additional price. The Club includes three bar areas including a private cigar lounge. Entry to the club requires a Tiger Den ticket, On Deck Circle ticket, a Tiger Club/Den Access Pass, Suite Holder Card or MotorCity Casino Hotel Champions Club Card. The Tiger Club Lobby is located behind section 112 of the concourse. Guests can also enter the club off of Witherell Street next to the Main Box Office.     Umbrellas are allowed in the ballpark. For the comfort and clear viewing of all guests, it is requested that those using umbrellas be considerate of those around them. (Golf umbrellas and oversized umbrellas are discouraged.) Guests will be asked to take their umbrella down if it is obstructing the view of other guests.

    UPGRADE POLICY
    Previously purchased tickets may be upgraded to a higher price ticket on game day at the Witherell Box Office Window A-1 or the Adams Street Box Office, Window B-18. For fans already inside the Park, the same service is available at the Advance Ticket Window inside the Tiger Club Lobby behind section 109. Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted. The ability to upgrade tickets is based on current ticket availability. Rainout tickets, complimentary tickets, and tickets purchased on StubHub cannot be upgraded.

    UPPER DECK ACCESS
    The upper deck may be accessed via ramps behind section 125 (Montcalm Street) and behind section 140 (Brush Street) or elevators behind section 109 (for the 200 sections) and behind section 130 (for the suites and the 300 sections). Escalator access (up only) to the 300 level is also available in the Big Cat Court behind section 121.

    Visiting team fans are our guests. Harassment of the visiting team or their fans will not be tolerated and may result in ejection. (See Guest Code of Conduct)

    VISUAL INSPECTION
    All bags, coats, and guests will be searched prior to entry into the ballpark; prohibited items must be returned to one's vehicle or be confiscated in order for admittance.

    Throughout the main concourse, guests may enjoy the Tigers Walk of Fame, a historical display of decade monuments that envelops the circumference of the lower level. Historical elements and memorabilia celebrating the Tigers' rich history from the 1880s to the present take fans on a trip through time. The Walk of Fame is punctuated by six large "decade bats" that denote each era in Tigers baseball with artifacts, photos and display cases.

    WHEELCHAIRS (In-ballpark transportation)
    Wheelchairs are available at each gate for transportation to and from the seating areas. Upon entry to the park, please ask a ballpark representative for wheelchair assistance and they will be happy to help you. Wheelchairs are not available for individual use during the game. Please be aware that wheelchairs are assigned on a first come, first service basis. Therefore, during periods of heavy volume, guests may be asked to wait until a wheelchair becomes available to transport them to either their seats or back to the gates. In the event of a medical emergency, in which wheelchair service is required, please contact the nearest Event Staff Colleague. Guests are permitted to bring their own wheelchairs to Comerica Park. For storing your wheelchair, please speak to the usher in your section.

    WILL CALL WINDOW
    Will Call windows are located on Adams Street near Witherell. The Will Call windows open two (2) hours prior to game time. From 10 A.M. until two (2) hours prior to game time will call tickets may be picked up at the main box office located on Witherell. Tickets left at Will Call will be released only to the person whose name is listed on the Will Call envelope. Identification in the form of a picture ID will be required before tickets are released, as well purchasing credit card number and confirmation number if applicable. Individual game tickets cannot be dropped off at will call, only season tickets and suite tickets may be left at the will call window. The Will Call window is provided as a convenience to our guests for the sole purpose of distributing tickets. Payment for tickets will not be accepted at Will Call.

    WINTER CARAVAN

    For a few special days during the cold Michigan winter, the players along with coaches, broadcasters and front office staff hit the road for the Tigers Winter Caravan and visit fans throughout the State of Michigan, Northern Ohio and Southern Ontario. While supporting numerous communities and organizations Tigers personnel can be found reading to children, spending time with kids in the hospital and visiting local firehouse and police stations. Each year the Tigers Caravan makes nearly 40 stops over two days, touching the lives of thousands of Tigers fans. For more information, visit tigers.com and click "Community."

    YOUTH BASEBALL
    In 2008, the Tigers launched Play Baseball Detroit to support youth baseball programs throughout the greater Detroit region. In addition to renovating baseball, softball, tee ball and barrier free fields, programs include the Detroit Tigers Hometown Championship, Gloves for Kids, Team Tigers, Tiny Tigers, Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities, Aquafina Pitch, Hit and Run and Willie Horton's Batting for Kids. The Tigers also offer baseball clinics for both coaches and youngsters at locations throughout greater Detroit metro area as part of the club's Play Baseball Detroit campaign.
