Meaning of Diversity/Inclusion for Cleveland and Baseball:

Cultivating a culture of diversity and inclusion is vital to the success of any community, corporation or relationship. It is only by actively embracing and celebrating the unique and special differences within each of us that we can reach our true potential as a society. In order for us as individuals, our corporations and our communities to flourish, we must work tirelessly each day to create a better understanding and appreciation for every person, no matter how different they may appear to be.

Our commitment to diversity extends to our business partners. Through our supplier diversity program, we aim to increase opportunities for a diverse pool of suppliers to compete for the procurement activities of our club. By identifying and building relationships with diverse business partners we seek to develop strategic advantages-promoting efficiency, creativity, and profitability-while at the same time enhancing the economic growth and well-being of our diverse communities.
