Pay for your postseason ticket package in full by September 10, 2012 at 5 p.m. ET.
The cost of the ticket(s) for any postseason game(s) not played in any round will be applied toward your 2013 season tickets.
Refund requests for credit from any games not played must be submitted in writing by Friday, November 9, 2012 to: Baltimore Orioles, Attn: Postseason Refund, 333 West Camden Street, Baltimore, MD 21201.
Accepted payment methods include: credit card, a company check, a cashierÂ’s check, a certified check, or a money order made payable to the Baltimore Orioles. Personal checks will NOT be accepted as a payment method for your postseason ticket package.
Payment Option #2*
Make an initial, non-refundable payment toward your 2013 season tickets equal to 50% of the cost of your postseason ticket package.
For any 2012 postseason games played, money will be taken from your initial 2013 season ticket payment to cover these postseason games.
Your credit card will automatically be charged the remaining balance for any possible postseason games in your package after Home Game #2 of the American League Championship Series (approximate charge date of October 14-17).
The cost of the ticket(s) for any postseason game not played in any round will remain applied toward your 2013 season tickets.
Payment is only accepted by credit card for this option.
* By selecting Payment Option #2 you are committing to renew your season tickets for the 2013 season at the same ticket plan, seat location and quantity of tickets as you had in 2012. Seat relocation and upgrade options will be available during the renewal process. Season ticket payments are nonrefundable, non-transferable and may not be combined.
