Orioles Refund Policy:

• Reservations require a 25% non-refundable deposit within 10 days upon receipt of invoice.
   
• Full payment is due 8 weeks prior to game date.
   
• Tickets will not be released until ARAMARK catering contract is secured.
   
• You may return up to 10% of your game tickets (excluding Single Game Suite or Party Suite tickets) no later than 15 days prior to your game date.
   
• Contact the Party Facility Hotline at (410) 547-6284 regarding refunds for Single Game Suite or Party Suite tickets in the event of a cancelled or postponed game.
   

ARAMARK Catering Policy:

• All catering orders must be based upon the guarantee of Orioles Tickets purchased (15 days prior to game date). Minimum catering orders are based on the number of tickets purchased. Tickets will not be distributed until your catering order has been secured. In the event that unused tickets are returned to the Orioles, contact Aramark with the final number of attendees.
   
• Full payment and final guarantees (total number of guests) must be received 15 business days prior to each event, and there are no refunds for parties with less than the actual guaranteed number of guests. It is ARAMARK's Corporate policy not to permit any billing. There will be a $100 charge for all "declined credit cards."
   
• If the Orioles' game is cancelled prior to the gates opening and the game is rescheduled, your event is automatically cancelled and will be rescheduled accordingly. If the game is cancelled after the gates open, pre-game parties will continue as scheduled and Single Game Suites and Party Suite events will continue until one (1) hour after the game has been cancelled. If the game is cancelled and the Orioles do not reschedule, ARAMARK will refund 100% of the monies paid.
