A non-prime home game after the All-Star break is defined in legal as any 2009 Orioles home game against an opponent other than the New York Yankees or Boston Red Sox. Thus, the following games are not valid for this promotion: July 31, August 1-2, 31, September 1, 2, and 18-20.

To be eligible for this ticket offer, fans must successfully transmit twenty-five (25) Online Ballots for the 2009 MLB All-Star Game between 3:01 p.m. ET on April 22, 2009 and 11:59 p.m. ET on July 2, 2009 (the "Entry Period"), with the Baltimore Orioles selected as a "favorite" or "other favorite" Club. The 2009 MLB All-Star Game Online Ballot is accessible at http://vote.mlb.com.

Offer valid only for participants who successfully transmit twenty-five (25) Online Ballots via a single email address during the Entry Period. Any vote(s) cast outside of the Entry Period will not be counted as eligible votes for this offer. During the week of July 20, 2009, the Baltimore Orioles will send eligible participants an e-mail containing a ticket redemption code which may be used online only. Limit one (1) redemption code per e-mail address. Redemption code will be valid for one (1) non-prime game ticket in Oriole Park Upper Reserve seat seating section after the All-Star break, subject to availability. Free ticket offer not available at the box office, by phone, or by postal mail. E-mail address must be valid. No exceptions will be made due to invalid or misdirected e-mail addresses. Online ballots generated by a script, macro or other mechanical or automated means will be disqualified.
