Through OriolesREACH, the Baltimore Orioles are committed to positively influencing the community beyond just baseball. The Orioles are dedicated to supporting local charities and nonprofit organizations through the donation of Orioles memorabilia. However, because we receive numerous requests for donations, the following guidelines have been put in place. These guidelines assure fairness while maximizing the benefits that the Baltimore Orioles can provide the community.
Failure to follow these guidelines will result in denial.
All requests must be made in writing on organizational letterhead and mailed or faxed to:

All organizations that receive memorabilia donations must return the Orioles' Donation Receipt Form. The organization holding the fund-raiser is responsible for returning this form to the Orioles Community Relations Office. The Orioles will not be able to donate another item to that organization until we have received a copy of the completed Donation Receipt Form.
In order to donate to all of the organizations that would like something from the Orioles, we require that you only contact us once per calendar year for a donation.
OUR AREA OF FOCUS: The Orioles organization places priority on supporting communities where our fans and employees live and work. We support many organizations and charities, including groups assisting disadvantaged youth, educational development and youth baseball programs. Preference is given to organizations that meet the above criteria. Therefore, we are not able to accommodate out-of-area requests.
MONETARY DONATIONS: Unfortunately, we are unable to contribute to monetary donation requests or provide monetary sponsorships. However, we would like to introduce you to our "OriolesREACH High Five Fundraiser Program". This program allows groups to raise additional funds for your non-profit charity with very little effort and a lot of fun.
The program consists of two fundraising options, the "Classic Group Night Fundraiser" and the "Flexi-Fundraiser" program. Each program allows your group to sell Orioles tickets to your supporters with the Orioles giving back $5 or more for every ticket sold to your charity.
