The Orioles will give fans a sneak peek at the 2008 team on Saturday, March 29, when the club hosts an open workout and FanFest celebration from
10:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. at Camden Yards.

Meet your 2008 Orioles and get autographs from your favorite players. Current players will sit at autograph stations set up along the warning track on the field and fans will line up in the seating bowl to receive autographs. (Autographs will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, with no coupons being distributed. Due to the time constraints, no personalization of autographs or posing for photos will be permitted.)
Plus, watch your Birds get ready for Opening Day during the team's full-squad workout. You're invited to sit in box seats between the dugouts and watch as hitters take their first swings at Camden Yards in 2008. Orioles broadcasters will conduct interviews with players and coaches from the field during the workout that will be broadcast throughout the ballpark.

Other FanFest activities will be held on the main concourse and Club Level throughout the day. The main concourse will feature activities for kids, including a moon bounce, speed pitch and other interactive games. Club level activities include former player autograph stations, question and answer sessions with front office executives and media members, photos with the Oriole Bird and a memorabilia sale. Concessions will be available throughout the day on the main concourse and Club Level.

for an exclusive "State of the Orioles" address with
Andy MacPhail and
Dave Trembley scheduled to start
at 9:45 a.m.

It's the 100th Anniversary of "Take Me Out to the Ballgame" and Major League Baseball Clubs across the country are coming together and letting the fans join in the celebration. The Orioles will search for the best performance of Take Me Out to the Ballgame during FanFest auditions. Just look for the booth located on main concourse of Oriole Park at Camden Yards. One winner will have the opportunity perform "Baseball's National Anthem" during the Seventh Inning Stretch of the Sunday, May 18 Orioles home game against the Washington Nationals. Finalists will be selected by the Orioles Front Office Staff. Contestants will be judged on the basis of talent, creativity, their love of the game of baseball and of the Orioles.
